Frequently asked questions
We currently support 112 notifications, permits and news reports. We are continuously expanding this: available sources may depend on your location.
Much of the information we receive is publicly available: permits, for example, can be obtained from the government, and 112 alerts are published on a radio frequency. Some information we get from the internet.
We use artificial intelligence to extract locations from our sources. Sometimes the location data may not be quite right, or the address information may not be complete, causing the location in our system to differ from where it actually happens. We strive for 100% accuracy, but mistakes can happen. You can always send tips, corrections and comments on notifications to us.
